1. We need to make a change to our Constitution, which no longer accurately reflects what we do. For that we need 2/3 of our membership to vote in favour of the change. So if you're a member, please come! 2. When we moved our AGM to the fall, we did it without the required Special Resolution—our error. So the good folks at Societies B.C. have told us we'll need to vote on a retroactive change to our Bylaws at the AGM. 3. Because we need you (plus we appreciate you!), we are making it our first official CHEESECAKE AGM. And by this we mean the dessert, not the other thing. Join us for a quick and efficient AGM and experience the magic of CHEEEESECAKE--to eat, and to take home. We'll have things for the dairy-free crowd, too. Not a member?
